Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) since 2017 to help taxpayers obtain ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number) if they are not eligible to get SSN
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Salem College, Winston-Salem, NC., magna cum laude
- Two years of corporate accounting experience as cost accountant and bookkeeper
- Experienced in preparing personal income tax returns with Drake & TurboTax software.
- Proficient in a range of computer software skills, including QuickBooks and Quicken
- Member of National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) since 2016
Bilingual in Japanese (native) and English
- Years of experience in translating legal, business, financial, and technical documents.
- Certified (English to Japanese) translator by American Translators Association (ATA) – April 2005
- Member (since 1997) & board member (2003-2008) of Carolina Association of Translators and Interpreters (CATI)
